Applications for managing, monitoring and optimisation of cash logistics processes ensure a seamless communication between cash in transit service, financial institutions and trade. Kicking-off with the cash center software Pecunia, it kompetenz GmbH was founded in January 1995 by the two current managing directors Matthias Schick and Thomas Vietze.Since then, the software for CITs as well as financial institutions has established itself on the German market and has grown through additional solutions.This includes the PecuniaScanner software, which ensures both internal and external container tracking as well as the CashEDI module, which enables the electronic transmission of orders and payments to the German Bundesbank.
The introduction of the central business solution Centurio enables nationwide CIT companies to work across locations. A further new feature includes an invoice module for settling all performed services. Next Centurio is expanded by the order management system Amis. Meanwhile, all orders can also be placed on the online platform webAmis.
With the feature CashEDI unterwegs for mobile notification of Bundesbank payments, it kompetenz has won one of the security innovation awards in 2014.
Recent product optimization in the field of scanner logistics
In conjunction with the scanner logistics an integrated key management ensures a complete documentation of all key movements in Pecunia. It also enables the generation of one-time codes and combinations for different lock systems as well as their allocation to tours and drivers.
By extending the key management through RFID support hand-overs of keys are simplified. Keys do not have to be scanned individually any more but several keys or a bunch of keys can be recorded together.
For even more security on site a driver legitimation was installed in the Pecunia Scanner software so that drivers can identify themselves with their scanner at every stop.
With mobile devices that enable data exchange with the cash center during transport, you can make your order processing even more efficient.Using the mobile network, our android scanners can establish a direct data connection to the cash center or your in-house infrastructure.
